Goat Farm Visit

Mummy has planned to bring us for farm tour for a whole day but the weather did not give us its full cooperation. It was raining cats and dogs in the morning hence delaying our journey. By the time we left home was oredi noon. We took a Kranji Express bus to explore the farms.

Hey, tat's me enjoying the cool aircon under hot sun.

Mummy actually intended to visit Bollywood Veggies as our 1st stop but she has forgotten to check thier opening hours and it will only be opened from Wed to Sun. Hence we proceeded to the 2nd stop in our original plan which was the Hay Dairies.

It will be nice if we could visit in the morning cos the milking process is only done in the morning from 9am to 11am.

With $2 each, you will be given a guided demo on the milking plus a bottle of 200ml goat's milk.

As the next bus will only arrive in another 1 hr 30 minutes, didi and I had our lunch 1st before viewing the goats.

After lunch, didi excitedly followed papa to the viewing galore. They used to allow feeding of goats but this activity was no longer permitted by AVA. Didi could only peep thru fences. The goats were resting after a long day but didi refused to let them sleep, hence both of us shouted at the top of our voices waking the goats up. :p

Look! Our voices were loud enuf to be heard. The goats were awaken by us. They were looking around in stunning mode.

And I'd say didi was very pleased with his performance and he went for a 2nd round of shouting, waking the other goats.

Mummy told me that actually I had came here before, about 3.5 years back. I couldn't recall a single thing cos I was merely 1.5 years old.

I finished a whole bottle of plain milk and began to be energised for some photo taking. Papa did not take too well to the goat's milk taste.

The mascots that represent the whole of Kranji Countryside (KCA) are very cute. To know more about the various farms under KCA, opening hours, their specialties and other information that you might need, you can go to their website.

The scenery along the way out was quite picturesque. There was this park that meant for fishing was very nice. Anyway the weather after the heavy downpour was good.

We have decided to shorten the farm tour cos papa was getting hungry and we seriously wouldn't want to see a hungry man becoming an angry man. :p

WOW ART

Today marks the end of ah ma's leave and mummy has promised didi to bring him to gong-gong's house and look for ah ma. But not before we attend an art class first.

Some foto-taking before commencement....(tat's mummy's usual routine)

I was so looking forward but didi was a little afraid hence mummy asked me to look after him when she left the room. The rooms in this art school were specially designed in a way that parents could observe their children doing work from outside, just like a gallery.

Didi refused to remain in the class cos he kept saying "scared..scared...". The teacher was very observant and quickly eased his fear and helped to settle didi down. For a packet of gummy, didi was able to sit thru the whole 1 hr session without any fuss. :)

The teacher was very patient in guiding and helping didi complete his masterpiece. Mummy was very happy cos she said can send both to class together and this is the first and only class that we has attended together.

I did it all by myself and I enjoyed very much throughout the whole lesson. Sigh~my timid didi kept looking out of the glass window and murmured "mummy...mummy...".

He got brightened up the moment he has completed his 3D model task cos he could open and eat his gummy at last. :p

Look at our masterpieces. I wanna give mine to jiu-ma when I see her later. Didi showed his masterpiece to mummy excitedly and said he wanna show ah ma, gong-gong, papa, nai-nai, ye-ye, jiu-jiu, jiu-ma and the list goes on.....(",)

So where exactly did we go for our art lesson? It was at WOW Art Learning Studio. Today lesson is about lines, dots and zig-zags. Each lesson will be different from shapes, blending colors to even clay art. This school introduces art to children very differently from the norm. I'd say they are very creative or maybe I am under-expose to it. By looking at our masterpieces, do u feel WOW to go for a try?

For more info, u can go their website and check it out. Do call them for a free trial. Yesssh! It's FREE and I bet you will love it just like I did! :)

Family Outing

As mummy has applied to clear some of her unconsumed leave left from last year, what a nice day and timing to bring us out on a Friday. We went for a family outing without ah ma cos she gotto return back home to do up those yummy rice dumplings as 2 days off were granted for her. :p

We, the duckies went for ducktour after our yummy lunch at Kenny Rogers. Didi and I walloped every bit of our food and off we went to get the tixs.

We were on board this vessel.

All of us waited excitedly. Seemed that there were lotsa people on board this duckie.

This is where the captain will sit.

Yokay, sit well, hold tight, the duckie 'bout to move off.....

This week route has changed to Kallang river instead of the usual Marina area as the latter site was closed due to coming up YOG.

Saw this board? Oops, we have forgotten to introduce that the name of this duckie vessel is Katrina. We were her duckies for the day. Shall I call myself Wenzel Katrina? :)

Look at our duck whistle, this thingy will have a duck sound when u blow it. Well, if u think that was given free then nah~it is a souvenir that you can buy on board at the price of a plate of chicken rice at the foodcourt.

Didi insisted to stand near the side so that he could have a bird's eye view of the water. I'll stand nearer if it is taking the Marina route cos got more nicer scenery mah. Maybe he dunno where is Kallang lah, we were so near to ah ma's house.

My didi got really excited the moment the duckie went into the water. He kept yelling "bubbles, bubbles". It's time to head for a swim, I guess. :p

He was our guide of the tour - Dino. We have been like tourists for the past months. First we went for our Hippo Tour last December then the most recent one was Rhino Tour during Family Day-Out at Sentosa and now the Ducktour.

All the details revolved around the same big thing - Marina Bay Sands, Singapore Flyers, RWS and many more important buildings of Singapore till papa could even take over the role as a guide when Uncle Dino was busy. :)

We had come to the end of the duckie tour.

Time to head for some fun at Suntec. Oooh~kiddy ride, my fave.

Aaaah~playground, didi's fave.

The 2nd part of the program was to conquer this bridge called the Helix Bridge. We deliberately went ter during late evening to catch a glimpse of it as the light will only be switched on at around 7pm. We took a stroll slowly after our dinner.

Whoa~this Marina Bay Sands looks magnificent as claimed indeed. Still cannot go up to the ship. It will only be opened end of this month.

Structure of the bridge looks like DNA bonding.

The bridge wasn't too long and we have reached the inside of MBS. The most crowded place will be the Casino. There was nothing much inside MBS yet. The toilet freaked me out after visiting once. This place bored us out cos both didi and I thot can play sand inside. How can a place without sand for us to play named after the word Sand. :p

One highlight of this place that mummy loves a lot is there will be a Louis Vuitton’s flagship boutique at Marina Bay Sands and it will be enshrined in a standalone glass-and-steel Crystal Pavilion that appears to float on the water off the integrated resort at Marina Bay. Yesssh, no kidding~a giant floating LV island! Papa started his migraine the moment mummy told him she wanna get her next piece of LV from ter. :p

We were getting really tired till didi kept pestering mummy that he wanna take a cab home and dun wanna walk anymore. But still, we walked all the way back to this bridge to take a look at the night view of the structure.

The lighting sure make the bridge look different from the day view. Both of us had fun playing with the lighted letters on the floor which lead us all the way out of the place.

Mummy Loves Gingy

Mummy was extremely nice. She brought me to McDonald's for Happy Meal after my Chinese enrichment without me asking for it.

Then I found papa taking photgraph of this figure the next moment. It was from the McDonald's packing.

Papa then told me that cos mummy loves gingerbread man called Gingy in the movie-Shrek. No wonder mummy has been telling about some shrek thingy few days back and asked if I wanna catch a cartoon movie in the cinema with her. :p

Delighting the kids Always

Entry by Mummy

Kids are hard to please nowadays.....

.....but some things never fail to cheer the kids up are candies, chocolates, parties, toys, outings and a lot more......

Brought the kids to JP to collect Denz's Fun Pack for his upcoming Sprint event and also not forgetting to buy sweet treats for everyone at home.

Pink and fairy candy work best on Princess Wenz.

Needless to mention, anything yummy will sure to put a big grin on this cheeky boy's face and make him messy all over. :p

Looney Tunes is In Town

I have been pestering mummy to put on "Tweety Bird" top for me juz few days ago and there she was bringing me to catch Looney Tunes live on stage while waiting for jie-jie to finish her Chinese enrichment.

It was a soccer fiesta theme and I was startled by the loud bang from the confetti. Mummy got me the photo pass to have an exclusive shot with Tweety. I was afraid of Sylvester the cat though but he was quite friendly actually. He gave me a big High5 easing my fear. I'm gonna show jie-jie this shot. I bet she will be so jealous envy of me. :p
