I'm Back!

Hi everyone! I'm back from Bintan liao...

I must say it was really enjoyable, especially the swimming bit. Luckily it was a short trip 'cos u noe lah, I'm the homely type; I began to miss home in the 2nd night!! Heh heh...

Anyway, shall come up with my adventures written up, complete with lots lots of pictures in short while! :)

Post Mothers' Day Fiesta

We had a sumptuous buffet spread from Lotus Vegetarian Restaurant @Quality Hotel today in compesation for mothers' day treat. Everyone had their fill. I got to eat some buffet items too! Adult food are really yummy u noe but still I have to finish my porridge!! After makan-ing, granny brought me back home first while ah ma & gong-gong went to buy barang barang for coming dumpling festival and daddy & mummy went 'pak thor' jalan jalan.
Just a short update about myself....... I can walk better these few days, think my bones are getting sronger and stronger each day. Credit must go to the calcium from milk, *confirm* 'cos I'm drinking better as I enjoy drinking milk nowadays. My milk has becoming more and more yummy.......It's chocolate flavour. Mummy was afraid I might get too 'heaty' from drinking chocolate everyday so she will mix Gain IQ and chocolate Pediasure together for each feed. Dun care how mummy prepare as long as it's appetising. It sure does, or I'll not finish it in one go....... :P

Daddy's gonna miss me.....

Hello uncles and aunties....

I'm going overseas in 2 days' time (yes, mummy says going by boat also counted :P). It's a 3D2N trip to Bintan Lagoon Resort. I'll be back by tuesday. This is a mass FAMILIES outing. Granny, Grandpa, ah ma, gong-gong, gu-gu, Uncle Kelvin, Godpa, Ben korkor, mummy and I will be going to Bintan. Yeah yeah, sooo hapi, can go for my overdue swimming!

But daddy's oni going for a short while 'cos last minute kena course from his workplace though he had applied for leave liao. This is a berry important course, tat's y he'll have to rush back Singapore to attend the next day. *Darn* Think mummy feels more dissapointed than me lah, me gonna behave myself and console mummy loh.

In the meantime, dun miss me too much hor! I promise to post photos of my trip okie :)

Picasso is here!!!

Yes, daddy and mummy bot this new thingy for me today. I can unleash all my artistic ideas and turn them into abstract arts now. Who noes i might be better than picasso, wahaha :)

Aiya, dun kajiao me leh

This magic drawing board has got an eraser function and will not dirty mummy's precious flooring and walls; oso spare my clothings from stains too. The pen works only on the board. Daddy said this thingy reminds him of his childhood where he had a similar one.

I still dun noe how to draw very well but ah ma will teach me for sure. Anyway, I love my new board 'cos I can anyhow draw now. Yay!!

Happy Little Monster

Today is jiu-jiu and auntie Sharon's off day. So they came over to our place to give their mum, my ah ma a treat at restaurant, which means I get to go as well, Yippeee....

I was very well-behaved at the makan place and how can miss out taking pictures......hahaha
After which, we asked the nice lady in the restaurant to take picture for us, a mini family portrait. Then we were off to jiu-jiu's new house. It was nicely renovated and decorated. He has got a very big screen for movie, much bigger than my usual Hi5 viewing screen. Heard that it's 99 inch leh. I was extremely happy over at his house, trying to explore every corner and grab every single things but my fave is still plastic bags and tissue box. Mummy was saying I really like big big house with wide space to roam about. I agree, wahahaha.......then mummy went bonkers with her camera and snap many shots of me.

Happy Mothers' Day!!!!

First of all, Happy Mothers' Day to all mummies! Esp to my dear mummy, thanks for your love in the first 12+ months........when I grow up liao, me gonna make u Mother's Day card & when I earn $$$$ liao, me gonna bring u out makan, okie? :)

My mummy celebrated her day with the other 3 mummies namely granny, ah ma and gu-gu. Their initial plan was to dine out but u noe lah the ppl outside really noe how to earn BIG Bucks, jacked up the price on special days, wanting to ketok us. In the end, we had yummy home-cooked mee siam and delicious chocolate banana cake over at granny's place. We'll have our feast at restaurant 1 week later. These mummies really noe how to use the abacus. Heard that can save 50% leh. That's a lot leh if convert $$ to buy toys for me. I noe lah, have to wait long long mah.

Just a short update....heh heh

Today granny, grandpa, uncle Kelvin and gu-gu came over to our house for makan session. The menu for the day is actually veg prawn noodle for lunch and ban mian for dinner. Ah ma is the chef as usual in celebration of Mums' Day.



Just after dinner, I decided to take my first few steps. Yeah, not bad hor? But me think I can do better lah.....just have to be more garang loh. Hehehe..... Mummy din manage to take shots of me walking cos it happened too fast and I caught them by surprise. As usual, I'll display my 'how lian' expression after walking and asking the adults to clap their hands to compliment me.

Mummy was saying hopefully by next week, I can walk around on my own cos I'll be going to Bintan to catch some fun......hiak hiak hiak

Old MacDonald Had many FARMS

It's Vesak Day and oso holiday for mummy and me, YaY! That means can go out loh. As daddy has to work, mummy and ah ma had decided to bring me out for a field trip. Very educational one leh, we went farms and farms and farms....As we have 4 places on our itinery to cover today, we set off quite early in the morning.

The first place we went was the Goats' Farm. Wah, so many people go see-see-look-look siah - dun the other people want to sleep more on a public holiday??!!? Thot mummy was the oni siao on one to wake up so early. Hahaha...

At Hay Dairies, I was very guai listening to the special introduction and viewing of milking process on the goats. I got to try goats' milk too! It's chocolate flavour one you noe!!! Yummy.... I oso went on to look at the baby goats. The surroundings were nice, of course I took lots of pics there!!! :P

The goats there very hor mia one leh, they dun any how eat one. They are fed on wheatgrass and alfafa blah blah loh. This got to explain why their milk are more mahal compared to normal cow's milk loh. Mummy bot few bottles after seeing me enjoying sooo much of their milk, kekeke~




After having enuf of milk and goats, we moved on to the next farm which was vegetables and fruits farm. Wow, the veg farm was BIG leh, got lots of vege and fruits tree to look at. There weren't many people compared to the goats' farm. But we were directed to watch a video on aeroponics before touring the place, which I sat there quietly waiting for the movie to start. Initially I tot they were going to play Hi-5 for me to watch, thus I shaked my bum and move my body waiting impatiently but when the movie started.......Chey not Hi-5.



After the short movie play, we embarked on the real journey of touring around the farm. Really huge got many many fruits and vege planted. Herbs too......I think Chang Jin (from Korean drama) will need them. Hehehe..... :P




Aiyo the weather was hot, I mean good but making us very tired after a short walk. I din walk of course, 'cos still dunno how to (lagi better got people carry mah). I abit pengsan due to 'good' weather so I just sat down there and relax first, then ah ma entertained me with YMCA game loh.


After which, we went to look at some more plants again!!

Soon it was lunch time and as usual I have to eat porridge specially prepared by ah ma but I got an apple to nibble on. See I can finish an apple fast........ :)

After lunch, mummy went on to buy some organic vege and fruits. Well, she din buy much, oni a maize and some sweet potato leaves, while I happily played with papayas on the table. Hope the visitors dun mistook me as an item on sale........

Next, we moved on to Garden Asia jalan-jalan. But I fell asleep on my way there. Definitely wan, I woke up sooo early and oso missed my morning nap liao. That place very very nice, got sell lots of potted plants, paintings, deco items etc...They also help customers do landscaping and a lot more services.....Can hold functions there too!! Aiyah, I dun get to see all these things lah, I Zzzz liao.







The place was big too!. Got many different sections. Mummy happily sitting on the buggy to roam around. But how come I wasn't in the picture???? Must have 'dump' me at a corner sleeping liao.


True enuf, that's me in the home landscaping corner.


Mummy must has felt guilty so compensating me in this picture. :P


We then moved on to the cafetaria side to sit and drink. The path leading to the cafetaria has got a pond for fishing. We stayed there for a while before going back to the sheltered rooms see-look-look again.


10 minutes before leaving, I finally woke up from my 1-hr power nap, machiam like noe they were leaving, so dun wanna missed out too! The moment I was awoke, I got fascinated by large fish tank, where I stood up trying to catch the fishes. Mummy said luckily we dun have any tank at home or .......DISASTROUS liao loh :)



Soon, it was about time to leave and mummy managed to snap this 2 nice shots of me.



After nap and jalan-jalan, how can I miss my snack time?? Hmm...cream cheese cake, Yummy!


The last stop of the day got to be the Farmart Centre liao. This place consist of many shops selling different things, got bee viewing, pet centers, aquarium, organic foods, etc...





Mummy's negligence for not watching me and let me wonder about in the store where she busy shopped for groceries. Luckily the basket din topple or the store owner sure 'black face' wan. Yes, I have spotted a basket full of 'keropok'. I wonder wat's that??? Can be eaten?? Shortly, I was taken away by mummy, which I became buay song and cried for a while. As usual, Mummy put me on the cheapo kiddy rides to pacify me.




It was time to head home. We came across this big fishing pond there on our way out.....many people fishing too! It was a fruitful and fun day out today!
